• Monthly payments are always made for the month ahead, starting when you make your first payment which is then followed by a payment on that same day each month following.

• It is a requirement to keep your monthly recurring payment setup for the duration of our time working with you. You can cancel at any time.

• BelieveX Ltd reserve the right to change our payment system at any point, which would require you to pay using our newly suggested system.

• One we start work there is no refund option, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and we will work for the month paid for last, until your renewal date.

• If payment instructions are cancelled, then not reinstated before the monthly renewal date, we will contact you to see how we can help.

• No refund of the first month’s payment will be provided in the result of a cancellation.

• BelieveX Ltd reserves the right to reject your proposal and issue a full refund before starting work on the project, for any reason deemed necessary.

• If, during the term of working on your business, the nature of your business changes, BelieveX Ltd reserves the right to evaluate the nature of the new venture and decline to work further on the project if it does not match our values.

• Once paid, we will email you with a link to book in your call to get started.

• BelieveX will require your email and password to be able to work on your account, on your behalf. BelieveX is a member of the ICO. The ICO is the UK's independent body set up to uphold information rights.

• We will do all our communication via email, phone and messenger.

• It is especially important that you reply to any emails we send you about your account, the faster you do the better results you will achieve.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BelieveX Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service.
